Site Selection / Conceptual Design
Many factors, from site location to the type of HVAC / energy system, must be considerered during the preliminary design phase. The project below is an upcoming LEED Certified commercial office building. Contributing sustainable technoligies for the project include a solar electric array contributing to monthly electric costs, thermal–efficient curtain wall system, and high-efficiency water fixtures.

Construction / Permitting / Inspections
Upon completion of the siteplan, construction documents, and approvals from corresponding local jurisdictions and utility authorities, the construction process may begin. Below are progress photos of a recent retail shopping completed late 2007.
